Telesales Executive

Generate and qualify leads through outbound calling, emails, and follow-ups

Connect with corporate clients, purchase heads, HR/Admin, and decision-makers

Present company products/services clearly and confidently over calls

Schedule meetings (online/offline) for the sales/business development team

Maintain and update CRM with call logs, leads, and follow-up status

Achieve daily/weekly/monthly calling and lead conversion targets

Coordinate with internal sales and operations teams for smooth closures

Handle objections and negotiate basic commercial discussions
