Telesales Executive

We are looking for passionate, confident, and result-driven TeleSales Executives with prior sales experience who are eager to grow with fast-growing brands.

This role is ideal for individuals who enjoy speaking with people, pitching services, handling objections, and closing deals. The candidate must be comfortable with both inbound leads and outbound cold calling.

Key Responsibilities• Handle incoming leads from calls, WhatsApp, and social media

• Perform daily cold calling to generate new customers and business opportunities

• Explain company services and convert prospects into customers

• Maintain regular follow-ups with interested leads

• Build strong relationships with potential and existing clients

• Maintain records of leads, calls, and conversions in CRM or tracking sheets

• Coordinate with marketing and operations teams when required

• Achieve weekly and monthly sales targets

Requirements• Minimum 6months experience in sales / telecalling / business development

• Comfortable doing cold calling and lead generation

• Excellent communication and convincing skills

• Ability to handle customer objections and close deals

• Target-driven and self-motivated personality

• Basic knowledge of CRM tools, Google Sheets, or lead management systems

Preferred Candidates• Experience in digital marketing services, wellness industry, or service sales

• Candidates confident in high-volume calling environments
