Job Description
Key Responsibilities:
- Call and follow up with leads generated through social media and campaigns
- Explain services like kids photography, maternity shoots, and hand & feet casting
- Convert inquiries into confirmed bookings
- Maintain client data and follow-up records
- Coordinate with the team for appointments and scheduling
- Build positive relationships with clients
Requirements:
- Good communication skills (Hindi & basic English)
- Confident and persuasive personality
- Basic knowledge of sales/customer handling
- Prior telesales experience is a plus
