Job Description

INVESTARISE Realty is looking for a motivated Real Estate Investment Counselor who can guide potential customers regarding property investment opportunities in Goa and Dholera. The role involves interacting with company-generated leads, explaining project details, and assisting customers in making informed investment decisions.

Key Responsibilities

Contact and follow up with leads provided by the company.

Explain the features, benefits, and investment potential of our real estate projects.

Understand customer requirements and provide suitable property options.

Build strong relationships with potential investors and answer their queries.

Encourage and coordinate site visits or meetings with company property experts.

Maintain regular follow-ups with interested customers.

Assist the sales team in converting prospects into successful bookings.

Training & Support

Complete product and project training will be provided by the company.

Continuous support from experienced team members.

Skills Required

Good communication and interpersonal skills.

Ability to explain investment opportunities clearly.

Basic sales and customer handling skills.

Experience in real estate or telecalling will be an advantage but not mandatory.

Compensation

Fixed salary + attractive performance-based incentives.
