Job Summary:

We are seeking a detail-oriented and customer-focused Ticket Executive to manage ticket bookings, handle customer queries, and ensure seamless ticketing operations. The ideal candidate should have excellent communication skills, experience in using ticketing platforms, and a passion for delivering high-quality customer service.

• Key Responsibilities:
• Handle ticket bookings, cancellations, and rescheduling across various platforms (e.g., airline, Ticket packeg traveling).
• Provide accurate information regarding pricing, availability, and policies.
• Assist customers in resolving booking-related issues via phone, email, or in person.
• Ensure timely issuance of tickets and confirmation to clients.
• Maintain accurate records of all transactions and generate daily reports.
• Coordinate with vendors, agents, and service providers for bulk/group bookings.
• Manage refund and compensation procedures in accordance with company policies.
• Upsell travel-related services when appropriate (e.g., insurance, upgrades).
• Stay updated on industry policies, fare structures, and seasonal offers.
• Handle urgent and last-minute bookings professionally under pressure.
• Requirements:High
• 12th school or bachelor's degree (preferred).
• 1–2 years of experience in ticketing or a customer-facing role.
• Proficiency in ticketing software (e.g., Galileo, Amadeus, Sabre, Air Ticket etc. depending on industry).
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Good organizational and multitasking abilities.
• Knowledge of reservation and travel policies is a plus.
• Willingness to work flexible hours, including weekends or holidays if required.
• Preferred Skills:
• Multilingual abilities (depending on customer base).
• Experience in handling corporate or group bookings.
• Familiarity with CRM systems and Microsoft Office Suite.
