Job Description
- Learn what customers want from their travel experience
- Provide consultations on travel options
- Describe potential travel experiences
- Describe and offer travel packages
- Make recommendations to customers
- Book transport, such as airline, train or bus tickets, in addition to cruises, hotel rooms, activities and restaurant reservations
- Modify reservations upon request
- Determine the most cost-effective travel options
- Calculate the total cost of travel and booking fees
- Advise customers about travel preparations, precautions and entry requirements, such as passport or vaccination regulations
- Inform customers about local traditions, attractions and other points of interest
