Job Description: Upsell & Support Executive

We are looking for a Upsell & Support Executive who can handle existing customers and generate revenue by upselling website-related services during support interactions.

🔹 Responsibilities:

• Handle customer support queries for existing website clients via call, WhatsApp & system
• Understand client requirements and provide appropriate solutions
• Upsell website upgrades, renewals, add-on features & services
• Maintain regular follow-ups with clients and ensure closure
• Update client details, follow-ups & sales status in CRM
• Ensure customer satisfaction and long-term relationship building

🔹 Key Skills Required:

• Excellent communication skills (Hindi & basic English)
• Experience in customer support & inside sales
• Upselling / cross-selling experience (preferred)
• Client handling & objection handling skills
• Basic computer & CRM knowledge
• Problem-solving & negotiation skills

🔹 Experience & Industry:

• Minimum 2 year experience in Inside Sales / Customer Support
• Prior experience in IT / Software / Website / Digital Services preferred

🔹 Job Details:

• Role Type: Inside Sales (No field work)
• Nature of Sales: Existing clients only (No cold calling)
• Pay Structure: Fixed Salary + Performance-based Incentives
