Job Title: Female Hostel Warden

Job Type: Full-time

Location: Sainik Global Academy, Sikri, Faridabad, Haryana

Job Summary:

We are looking for a responsible, disciplined, and caring Female Hostel Warden to manage the girls’ hostel and ensure a safe, secure, and supportive living environment for students. The warden will be responsible for student welfare, discipline, daily operations, and coordination with management.

Key Responsibilities:

• Maintain discipline, safety, and security of hostel residents
• Supervise daily hostel activities and ensure adherence to hostel rules
• Maintain attendance records and monitor student movement
• Ensure cleanliness and proper maintenance of hostel premises
• Coordinate with housekeeping, kitchen, and security staff
• Handle student concerns, complaints, and basic counseling needs
• Inform parents/management about important matters when required
• Ensure timely meals, study hours, and lights-out schedules
• Assist during emergencies and ensure first-aid support
• Maintain hostel registers, logs, and reports

Eligibility & Qualifications

• Female candidate only
• Minimum qualification: Graduate / 12th pass (Graduate preferred)
• Experience as a hostel warden, teacher, or caretaker is an advantage
• Ability to handle students with patience and responsibility
• Good communication and interpersonal skills
• Basic knowledge of rules, safety, and student management
