Job Summary:

The Warehouse Executive is responsible for overseeing and managing all aspects of warehouse

operations, including receiving, storing, and distributing goods efficiently and effectively. This role

involves maintaining accurate inventory records, supervising warehouse staff, and ensuring a safe

and organized work environment.

Key Responsibilities:

Inventory Management:

• Ensure accurate tracking and management of inventory levels.
• Implement inventory control measures to minimize discrepancies and losses.
• Conduct regular inventory audits and reconcile any discrepancies.

Receiving and Inspection:

• Supervise the receiving process to verify the accuracy and quality of incoming shipments.
• Ensure that goods are properly inspected, documented, and stored in designated areas.

Storage and Organization:

• Oversee the organization of goods within the warehouse for efficient space utilization.
• Implement storage systems and procedures to maintain the integrity of products.
• Ensure that goods are stored in a manner that minimizes damage and spoilage.

Order Fulfilment:

• Supervise the picking, packing, and shipping of customer orders.
• Monitor order accuracy and on-time delivery.
• Implement processes to optimize order fulfilment efficiency.

Team Management:

• Recruit, train, and supervise warehouse staff.
• Set performance goals and provide feedback to team members.
• Foster a positive and productive work environment.

Safety and Compliance:

• Enforce safety protocols and ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.
• Maintain a clean and hazard-free warehouse environment.
• Conduct safety training for warehouse staff.

Reporting and Documentation:

• Generate reports on inventory levels, order status, and warehouse performance.
• Maintain accurate records of all warehouse activities.
