Warehouse Supervisor

We are looking for a responsible and organized Warehouse Supervisor to oversee day-to-day warehouse operations. The ideal candidate should be able to manage inventory, coordinate with vendors, handle dispatch processes, and supervise warehouse staff efficiently. Strong organizational skills and basic computer knowledge are essential for this role.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage and maintain accurate inventory records
• Coordinate and communicate with vendors and suppliers
• Create and manage purchase orders
• Oversee dispatch operations and ensure timely shipment of goods
• Supervise and coordinate warehouse staff and daily activities
• Ensure proper storage, handling, and organization of products
• Maintain basic reports and stock records using Excel

Requirements:

• Basic computer knowledge, especially MS Excel
• Good communication and coordination skills
• Ability to manage warehouse operations and staff
• Prior experience in warehouse or inventory management is preferred
