Job SummaryWe are seeking a dynamic and target-driven Real Estate Sales Executive to join our team in Hyderabad. The candidate will be responsible for generating leads, showing properties, closing sales, and maintaining strong client relationships in residential and/or commercial real estate markets.

• Key ResponsibilitiesGenerate new leads through referrals, cold calling, site visits, and digital platforms.
• Understand client requirements and recommend suitable properties.
• Conduct property site visits and project presentations.
• Negotiate pricing and close sales deals.
• Coordinate with banks for home loan processing (if required).
• Maintain regular follow-ups with prospects and existing clients.
• Stay updated on Hyderabad real estate market trends and competitor activities.
• Prepare sales reports and maintain CRM records.
• Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
• Required Skills & QualificationsBachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field (preferred).
• Strong communication and negotiation skills (English, Hindi, Telugu preferred).
• Good knowledge of Hyderabad localities and property market.
• Ability to build and maintain client relationships.
• Self-motivated and target-oriented mindset.
• Basic knowledge of MS Office and CRM tools
