Field Executive

Core Responsibilities:

• Identify, onboard, and manage manpower vendors/suppliers in the assigned regions.
• Ensure deployment of adequate manpower at all required sites on time.
• Work only with vendors who can supply a minimum of 100 manpower.
• Verify vendor capacity, reliability, and compliance before onboarding.
• Maintain regular communication with vendors to track manpower availability and deployment status.
• Monitor daily attendance, productivity, and discipline of deployed manpower.
• Resolve on-ground issues related to manpower shortages, absenteeism, or performance.
• Coordinate with internal teams to understand manpower requirements and timelines.
• Ensure all deployed manpower meets company standards and client expectations.
• Maintain proper records of vendor details, manpower deployment, and site reports.
• Conduct regular field visits to ensure smooth operations across all locations.

Key Requirements:

• Strong network of manpower vendors in Haryana (Farukh Nagar, Badli, Jhajjar preferred).
• Ability to manage large-scale manpower deployment (100+ workforce).
• Good communication, negotiation, and problem-solving skills.
• Willingness to travel extensively within assigned areas.
