Job SummaryWe are looking for a responsible and proactive Loading Incharge to manage all loading and dispatch activities at the factory. The candidate will ensure proper handling, accurate loading, and coordination with logistics and warehouse teams.

• Key ResponsibilitiesSupervise and manage daily loading and dispatch operations
• Ensure correct products are loaded as per invoices and packing lists
• Coordinate with warehouse, production, and logistics teams
• Handle labour for loading/unloading activities
• Ensure proper handling of fragile goods (glass items) to avoid damage
• Maintain loading records, dispatch details, and documentation
• Verify quantities, packaging, and labeling before dispatch
• Ensure timely vehicle loading and dispatch planning
• ⚠️ Important: Work Timing & AvailabilityThis role requires flexible working hours based on dispatch schedules
• Candidate must be available whenever loading is planned, even during late hours
• If loading is scheduled at night (e.g., 10–11 PM or later), the candidate must be present and supervise the process
• This is a responsibility-driven role, not a fixed 9-to-6 job

• Required Skills & Qualifications2–5 years of experience in loading, dispatch, or warehouse operations
• Experience in manufacturing/export industry preferred
• Strong coordination and supervision skills
• Ability to manage labour and handle pressure situations
• Basic documentation and record-keeping knowledge
• Responsible, punctual, and disciplined
