Key Responsibilities:

• Manage end-to-end customer experience from inquiry to delivery

• Follow up with potential leads and convert them into sales

• Maintain long-term relationships with existing customers for repeat business and referrals

• Understand customer needs and recommend suitable Maruti Suzuki models

• Coordinate with the finance, accessories, and service departments

• Meet monthly sales targets and report to the Sales Manager

Requirements:

• Minimum Qualification: Graduate (Any stream)

• Experience in Automobile Sales or Customer Service preferred

• Excellent communication & interpersonal skills

• Basic computer proficiency (MS Office, CRM tools)

• Own two-wheeler preferred
