Factory Supervisor

Job Summary:

We are urgently hiring a Factory Supervisor with a minimum of 10 years of hands-on experience in operating factory man power and machines. The ideal candidate must be reliable, safety-conscious, and capable of working in an industrial environment.

• Key Responsibilities:
• Allotting man power
• Overseeing daily work
• Taking care of routine maintenance and cleaning of equipment by workers
• Ensure safety and quality standards are strictly followed
• Record daily operational data and report issues to the Managing director sir
• Maintain cleanliness and orderliness in the work area
• Requirements:
• Minimum 10 years of experience as a Factory supervisor
• Knowledge of industrial safety procedures
• Physically fit and should be able to work from morning to evening
• Ability to work independently and follow instructions
• Willingness to work extended hours if needed
