Job SummaryThe Accountant is responsible for preparing and examining financial records, ensuring accuracy, compliance with regulations, and timely reporting. This role supports financial decision-making by maintaining reliable financial data and analysis.

Key Responsibilities

• Prepare and maintain financial statements, reports, and general ledger entries
• Record daily financial transactions (AP, AR, payroll, expenses)
• Reconcile bank statements and balance sheet accounts
• Assist with month-end and year-end closing processes
• Ensure compliance with accounting standards, tax laws, and company policies
• Prepare tax filings and support audits (internal and external)
• Analyze financial data and identify discrepancies or trends
• Support budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning activities
• Maintain accurate documentation and accounting records
