Production Supervisor

Key Responsibilities

• Production Scheduling & Control: Develop, maintain, and execute the Master Production Schedule (MPS) based on sales forecasts, customer orders, and material availability.
• Resource & Capacity Planning: Optimize workflow by planning labor, machinery, and material usage to meet daily targets.
• Inventory & Data Management: Maintain accurate inventory levels, monitor raw material shortages, and update ERP systems for production orders.
• Team Leadership: Supervise, train, and coach production planning staff, while collaborating with manufacturing teams to solve production delays.
• Performance Tracking: Analyze production reports to measure efficiency, reduce waste, and implement continuous improvement initiatives.

Required Skills and Qualifications

• Technical Skills: Proficiency with Computer Skills, Excel, and inventory management systems.
• Analytical Ability: Strong numerical and analytical skills for capacity planning, demand forecasting, and data analysis.
• Experience: Previous experience in production planning, scheduling, or supervisory roles within a manufacturing environment.
• Soft Skills: Excellent communication, problem-solving, leadership, and time-management skill
