Supply Chain Manager

Key Responsibilities

• Strategy & Planning: Develop and implement strategies for supply chain optimization, including demand forecasting and production/logistics planning. 
• Supplier Management: Source, vet, and manage supplier relationships, negotiate contracts, and ensure timely, quality material delivery. 
• Inventory Control: Monitor stock levels, manage warehouse operations, and implement stock replenishment processes. 
• Logistics & Distribution: Oversee transportation, customs clearance (import/export), and timely delivery of goods. 
• Performance & Improvement: Analyze supply chain data, identify inefficiencies, and implement solutions for cost reduction and improved service. 
• Compliance: Ensure adherence to company policies, regulatory standards, and safety protocols. 
• Collaboration: Work with sales, production, and technical teams to align supply chain activities with business goals. 

Essential Skills & Qualifications

• Strong analytical, negotiation, and problem-solving skills.
• Proficiency in supply chain management software and data analytics.
• Knowledge of import/export, warehousing, and logistics.
• Ability to manage complex, dynamic environments and adapt to disruptions.
