• Key Responsibilities: Handle customer queries and support requests via calls and in-person interaction
• Maintain strong customer relationships and ensure satisfaction
• Resolve customer concerns and escalate issues when required
• Update customer details and interaction records
• Coordinate with internal teams for issue resolution
• Provide timely and accurate information to customers
• Eligibility Criteria: Experience: 1 to 5 years in Customer Support / Customer Relationship roles
• Education: Any Graduate
• Gender: Male & Female candidates both can apply
• Age: 20 to 39 years
• Required Skills: Good communication and interpersonal skills
• Customer-focused approach
• Basic computer knowledge
• Ability to handle customers professionally
