Customers के साथ relationship maintain करना, उनकी queries resolve करना और Airtel services की जानकारी देना।

📋 Key Responsibilities:

• Customer queries & complaints handle करना

• Airtel products & plans explain करना

• Customer satisfaction maintain करना

• New services / offers promote करना

• Daily customer interaction report update करना

🎓 Qualification:

• Graduation (Any Stream)

• Basic computer knowledge

🧑‍💼 Experience:

• 0–2 Years (Freshers can apply)

🧠 Skills Required:

• Good communication skills

• Customer handling

• Problem-solving ability

• Basic computer knowledge

💰 Salary: NTH

₹15,000 – ₹23,000 (Depend on interview)
