Food And Beverage Associate

Job Summary:

We are looking for a dynamic and customer-focused Food & Beverage Associate to provide excellent service to guests, ensure smooth dining operations, and maintain high standards of hygiene and hospitality.

Key Responsibilities:

• Serve food and beverages to guests as per service standards
• Take orders accurately and communicate with the kitchen team
• Set up tables and ensure proper presentation before service
• Assist guests with menu selection and answer their queries
• Ensure guest satisfaction by regularly checking on them
• Handle billing and process payments efficiently
• Maintain cleanliness of dining area, tables, and service stations
• Follow food safety, hygiene, and company policies
• Support team members during rush hours and events
• Perform opening and closing duties (stocking, cleaning, etc.)

Required Skills:

• Good communication and interpersonal skills

• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
• Basic knowledge of food & beverage service
• Team player with a positive attitude

Qualifications:

• Minimum: Graduate preferred
• Diploma in Hotel Management (preferred but not mandatory)
