Job Description

  • Act as the primary point of contact for assigned key accounts, ensuring client requirements are met with a high level of service and responsiveness
  • Oversee preparation, verification, and accuracy of import documents including Bills of Entry (BOE), Bills of Lading, and other customs-related documents
  • Manage and coordinate customs clearance activities, ensuring statutory compliance and timely resolution of client-specific clearance issues
  • Supervise end-to-end CHA operations including document preparation, EDI filing, and coordination with customs authorities
  • Ensure adherence to EXIM Policy, DGFT guidelines, HS code classification, and other applicable customs and trade regulations
  • Monitor inbound and outbound shipments, ensuring timely clearance and delivery with proactive client communication on shipment status
  • Identify, address, and resolve client concerns, operational delays, or documentation discrepancies promptly to maintain service quality
  • Prepare and circulate Daily Status Reports (DSR) and other periodic reports for clients and internal stakeholders
  • Build and maintain long-term client relationships by understanding business needs and delivering customized logistics and clearance solutions
