Job Description
- Greet customers warmly and understand their jewellery requirements.
- Showcase gold, diamond, silver, and gemstone jewellery and explain product features, purity, and pricing.
- Build strong customer relationships to encourage repeat business.
- Achieve individual and showroom sales targets.
- Maintain proper display and visual merchandising of jewellery items.
- Stay updated on current gold rates, market trends, and company schemes.
- Ensure accurate handling of jewellery stock and coordinate with inventory teams.
- Address customer queries, complaints, and exchange/return requests professionally.
- Follow company policies, security procedures, and ethical sales practices.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Good product knowledge of jewellery and gemstones.
- Sales, negotiation, and customer service skills.
- Ability to work in a target-driven environment.
- Basic computer and billing software knowledge.
- High integrity and professional appearance.
