Team Leader

Key Responsibilities

• Monitor network performance to ensure system availability and reliability.
• Provide first-level troubleshooting for network issues, escalating complex problems to senior engineers.
• Assist in configuring and deploying network hardware and software such as routers, switches, and firewalls.
• Maintain network documentation, including schematics and configuration records.
• Respond to network alerts and service requests in a timely manner.
• Perform routine network maintenance and software updates.
• Collaborate with L2/L3 engineers to resolve advanced issues and implement improvements.

🎓 Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.
• Basic understanding of networking concepts such as LAN, WAN, Wi-Fi, IP addressing, subnetting, and DHCP.
• Familiarity with routing and switching protocols, including static and dynamic routing.
• Exposure to network tools like Wireshark and basic firewall configurations.
• Knowledge of Windows and Linux OS networking is a plus.
