Job Description

Role Purpose:

The Tele Sales Executive will be responsible for driving sales through outbound and inbound calls, building relationships with existing and potential customers, and supporting the sales team in achieving volume and revenue targets.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Make outbound sales calls to distributors, retailers, and institutional customers to promote company products.
  • Handle inbound inquiries, generate leads, and convert them into confirmed orders.
  • Follow up on quotations, orders, payments, and customer feedback.
  • Maintain accurate records of calls, leads, and orders in CRM/Sales tracking systems.
  • Coordinate with logistics, accounts, and field sales teams to ensure timely order fulfillment.
  • Achieve assigned sales targets and contribute to overall business growth.

Key Requirements:

  • Graduate in any discipline (Commerce preferred).
  • 1–3 years of experience in tele sales / inside sales, preferably in FMCG, Edible Oils, or Commodities.
  • Strong communication and negotiation skills in Hindi, Gujarati, and basic English.
  • Comfortable working with MS Excel, CRM systems, and call management tools.
