Roles and responsibilities:

Investor onboarding (KYC, FATCA, CRS checks)

Folio creation and maintenance (demat coordination, status updates)

Processing subscriptions, capital calls, and redemptions

Bank reconciliation and payout management

Unitization and investor reporting (SOA, MIS)

Compliance with SEBI AIF regulations and AML checks

Handling investor queries and communication

Maintaining accurate records and supporting audits

Eligibility:

Education: Graduate/Postgraduate in Finance, Commerce, or related field (MBA preferred).

Experience: 2–10 years in Transfer Agency, Fund Operations/Administration, or Investor Services (AIF/Mutual Funds/PE/Hedge Funds).

Regulatory Knowledge: Familiarity with SEBI AIF Regulations, FEMA guidelines, and AML/KYC norms.

Technical Skills: Proficiency in MS Excel and other tools, registry/TA systems, and reconciliation processes.

Communication: Strong written and verbal skills for investor and stakeholder interaction.

Attention to Detail: High accuracy in processing and compliance checks.
