Job Description
- Roles & Responsibilities: Promote and sell fashion products to clients, retailers, or walk-in customers
- Understand customer needs and recommend suitable products
- Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and retailers
- Handle inquiries, negotiations, and order closures
- Coordinate with design, production, and dispatch teams
- Maintain sales records, client databases, and follow-ups
- Assist in exhibitions, fashion events, and product launches
- 🧠Required Skills & QualificationsGraduate in any discipline (MBA in Sales/Marketing is a plus)
- 1–3 years of experience in fashion, apparel, or lifestyle sales
- Strong communication and negotiation skills
- Customer-focused and target-oriented approach
- Basic knowledge of MS Excel and CRM tools
- 💼 Preferred SkillsExperience in retail, showroom, or B2B fashion sales
- Understanding of fashion trends and customer styling preferences
- Ability to work flexible hours during peak sales periods
