Job SummaryWe are looking for a customer-focused Bodyshop Service Advisor to handle accident repair and body repair customers. The role involves customer interaction, job card preparation, coordination with insurance companies, and ensuring timely and quality vehicle repairs.

• Key ResponsibilitiesCustomer HandlingReceive customers for body repair and accident repair cases
• Inspect vehicle damage and explain repair process to customers
• Prepare job cards and repair estimates
• Explain repair costs, timelines, and approvals
• Insurance CoordinationCoordinate with insurance surveyors for claim processing
• Assist customers with insurance documentation and approvals
• Follow up with insurance companies for claim status
• Explain insurance deductions and customer liabilities
• Workshop CoordinationCoordinate with bodyshop technicians and painters
• Monitor job progress and ensure timely delivery of vehicles
• Update customers on repair status
• Conduct final vehicle inspection before delivery
• Billing & DocumentationCoordinate for billing and invoice explanation
• Maintain proper service records and job history
• Ensure customer signatures and approvals
• Customer SatisfactionHandle customer queries and complaints professionally
• Ensure high customer satisfaction and CSI scores
• Follow up after vehicle delivery for feedback
• Required Skills & QualificationsExperience as a Bodyshop Service Advisor or similar automobile role
• Knowledge of accident repair and bodyshop operations
• Basic knowledge of insurance claim process
• Good communication and customer handling skills
• Basic computer skills (DMS, Excel, email)
