Business Development Executive (BDE)

🔹 Job OverviewCKS Acoustics India Pvt. Ltd. is seeking a dynamic and result-oriented Business Development Executive (BDE) to convert qualified leads into customers. The BDE will work closely with telecallers and the sales team to build client relationships, understand requirements, and close deals.

• 🔹 Key ResponsibilitiesReceive and follow up on qualified leads generated by telecallers
• Understand client requirements and propose suitable solutions
• Conduct detailed discussions, product explanations, and negotiations
• Convert leads into confirmed sales and achieve monthly targets
• Build and maintain long-term client relationships
• Coordinate with internal teams for pricing, proposals, and order execution
• Maintain accurate sales records and follow-up status
• Attend client meetings (if required)
• 🔹 Required Skills & QualificationsBachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field (preferred)
• Strong communication and negotiation skills
• Ability to convince, close deals, and handle objections
• Experience in B2B/B2C sales (industrial sales preferred)
• Basic knowledge of CRM, MS Excel, email communication
• Languages: Hindi, Gujarati, English (preferred)
