Job Description
- Key ResponsibilitiesIdentify and generate new business opportunities through market research and client outreach.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with B2B clients.
- Conduct client meetings, presentations, and product demonstrations.
- Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
- Follow up with potential leads and convert them into business opportunities.
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth order processing and client service.
- Maintain sales reports, client data, and pipeline updates.
- Monitor competitor activities and market trends.
- Eligibility CriteriaEducation: Graduate in Business, Marketing, or any related field.
- Experience: 0–3 years in business development, sales, or B2B sales.
- Age: 21 – 32 years preferred.
- Gender: Open to all candidates.
- Required SkillsStrong communication and negotiation skills
- Ability to build long-term client relationships
- Good presentation and convincing ability
- Basic knowledge of B2B sales process
