Role Overview

The Credit Card Sales Executive is responsible for generating new credit card customers for the bank by promoting various card products and ensuring customer satisfaction. The role requires strong communication skills, customer handling, and target-oriented performance.

Key Responsibilities

Promote and sell bank credit cards to new customers.

Explain features, benefits, charges, and usage of credit cards clearly to customers.

Verify customer documents (KYC) and ensure accurate application submission.

Achieve monthly sales targets assigned by the team leader/manager.

Maintain good customer relations and provide post-sales support if required.

Follow compliance, bank policies, and RBI guidelines strictly.
