Job Summary:

The Customer Care Executive will be responsible for handling customer inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring a positive customer experience for Ayuda Organics products and services.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Handle customer calls, messages professionally.
  • Provide accurate information about Ayuda Organics products, orders, and services.
  • Resolve customer complaints and ensure timely follow-up.
  • Coordinate with sales, billing, and dispatch teams for order updates.
  • Maintain records of customer interactions and feedback.
  • Support in improving customer satisfaction and loyalty.

Skills Required:

  • Good communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Basic computer knowledge (Excel, WhatsApp, email).
