The ideal candidate will be responsible for reaching out to customers, providing information on financial products/services, and ensuring a high-quality customer experience.

• Achieve daily/weekly targets for lead generation or sales closures.
• Maintain a high level of professionalism while resolving customer queries.
• Accurately update customer interactions in the CRM system.
• Follow-up with customers to ensure end-to-end satisfaction.
• RequirementsQualification: Graduate or Undergraduate (HSC) in any stream.
• Experience: 0–2 years (Freshers with excellent communication are welcome).
• Languages: Fluency in Hindi and English; knowledge of Gujarati is a plus.
• Skills: Strong persuasion skills, active listening, and basic computer knowledge.
• Availability: Must be comfortable with rotational shifts and rotational weekly offs.
