Responsibilities

• User support: Provide support to users by answering questions, training users, and offering technical assistance 
• Troubleshooting: Troubleshoot technical issues with hardware, software, and networks 
• Maintenance: Install, maintain, and upgrade equipment and software 
• Security: Contribute to endpoint security measures 
• Incident management: Address user inquiries and technical problems quickly to minimize downtime and maintain productivity 
• Service request fulfillment: Process requests for new services or modifications to existing services 
• Escalation: Escalate more complex problems to higher levels of IT support 

Skills 

• Hands-on experience with a wide range of technologies and systems
