Job Description

  •  Roles & ResponsibilitiesResearch current fashion trends, market demands, and seasonal collections
  • Design apparel concepts, sketches, and technical drawings
  • Select fabrics, colors, patterns, and trims suitable for the brand
  • Coordinate with production, merchandising, and sampling teams
  • Develop prototypes and oversee fittings and alterations
  • Ensure designs align with brand aesthetics and cost guidelines
  • Maintain design documentation and seasonal lookbooks
  • Work closely with marketing and sales teams for product launches
  • 🧠 Required Skills & QualificationsBachelor’s/Diploma in Fashion Design or related field
  • 1–4 years of experience in fashion/apparel design (freshers with strong portfolios may apply)
  • Proficiency in Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop, CorelDRAW
  • Strong understanding of fabrics, patterns, and garment construction
  • Creativity with attention to detail
  • Ability to work under deadlines and in a team environment
