About the RoleWe are looking for a skilled and enthusiastic Flutter App Developer to join our mobile development team. You will be responsible for building beautiful, high-performance cross-platform mobile applications for iOS and Android. This role requires a strong command of Flutter and Dart, an eye for pixel-perfect UI, and a commitment to delivering seamless user experiences.

• Key ResponsibilitiesDesign and develop cross-platform mobile applications using Flutter and Dart
• Build responsive, pixel-perfect UIs by converting Figma/XD designs faithfully
• Implement and manage state using Provider, Riverpod, Bloc/Cubit, or GetX
• Integrate REST APIs, handle JSON data, and manage authentication flows (JWT/OAuth)
• Work with local storage solutions including SQLite, Hive, and SharedPreferences
• Leverage Firebase services: Authentication, FCM push notifications, Analytics, and Crashlytics
• Optimize app performance, reduce lag, and manage memory efficiently
• Manage Android & iOS build and release processes (APK, IPA, Play Store, App Store)
• Implement animations including Hero, Lottie, and custom transitions
• Write and maintain unit tests and widget tests; debug and resolve issues promptly
• Collaborate with designers, backend developers, and product managers in an Agile/Scrum workflow

Required Skills & SpecificationsCore Flutter & Dart

• Strong experience with the Flutter framework and Dart programming language
• Deep understanding of widget lifecycle, UI building, and responsive layouts
• Proficiency in state management: Provider, Riverpod, Bloc/Cubit, GetX

APIs & Data Management

• Ability to integrate REST APIs, handle JSON, and manage authentication (JWT/OAuth)
• Knowledge of local storage: SQLite, Hive, and SharedPreferences
• Experience with Firebase databases and real-time data

Firebase & Cloud Services

• Experience with Firebase Authentication, FCM, Analytics, and Crashlytics

Performance & Build

• Ability to optimize performance, reduce lag, and manage memory efficiently
• Understanding of Android & iOS build processes (APK, IPA, Play Store, App Store)

Tools & Design

• Proficiency in Git / GitHub / GitLab and development tools (Android Studio / VS Code)
• Ability to convert Figma/XD designs into pixel-perfect UI
• Experience with animations: Hero, Lottie, and custom transitions

Testing & Soft Skills

• Knowledge of testing & debugging: unit testing, widget testing, and bug fixing
• Strong problem-solving and communication skills
• Ability to work independently and in collaborative team environments
• Familiarity with Agile/Scrum workflows
• Bonus Skills (Nice to Have)Experience with Flutter Web and Flutter Desktop
• Background in native Android or iOS development
• Experience integrating payment gateways (Stripe, Razorpay, etc.)
• Experience with AR / camera-based app development
