HR Associate

Position Overview:

We are seeking an experienced HR and content writer with a strong background in HRMS handling, IT recruitment, people management, and content writing support. The ideal candidate will be well-versed in utilizing social media platforms for recruitment, Proficiency in Microsoft 365 Suite and a minimum of 3+ years of relevant experience are essential for this role.

Key Responsibilities:

Human Resources Management:

• Manage and maintain the Human Resource Management System (HRMS) to ensure accurate employee data and smooth workflows.
• Oversee the end-to-end recruitment process, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding candidates using social media platforms like LinkedIn, Twitter, and niche job boards.
• Develop and implement HR policies, procedures, and compliance measures.
• Foster a positive workplace culture by organizing team-building activities and employee engagement programs.
• Address employee concerns and act as a point of contact for resolving HR-related queries.

Content Writing Duties:

• Blogs, guest posts and other SEO content writing.
• People and Team Management:
• Coordinate with department heads to identify staffing needs and ensure timely recruitment.
• Manage employee performance review cycles and professional development programs.
• Handle conflict resolution and provide guidance to team members for professional growth.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources.
• A minimum of 3+ years of experience in HR.
• Proven expertise in IT recruitment and leveraging social media for talent acquisition.
• Experience in managing HRMS platforms and understanding of HR compliance requirements.
• Excellent communication, organizational, and multitasking skills.
• Ability to manage people effectively and foster a collaborative work environment.

Preferred Skills:

• Certification in HR or IT-related courses is a plus.
• Prior experience in the IT industry or knowledge of tech roles and requirements.
• Familiarity with project management tools like Trello, Asana, or similar platforms.
