HR Manager

The HR Manager will be responsible for managing end-to-end human resource functions including talent acquisition, employee lifecycle management, performance management, and HR policy implementation to build a high-performing workforce.

• Key Responsibilities
• Talent Acquisition & Workforce Planning Manage end-to-end recruitment for various roles across departments
• Develop hiring strategies to support business expansion
• Coordinate with department heads for manpower planning
• Ensure timely closure of open positions
• HR Operations Manage employee onboarding and exit processes
• Maintain employee records and HR documentation
• Implement and monitor HR policies and procedures
• Ensure compliance with labor laws and statutory requirements
• Performance Management Develop and implement performance appraisal systems
• Monitor employee productivity and performance
• Support managers in goal setting and performance improvement plans
• Employee Engagement & Retention Drive employee engagement initiatives and culture-building activities
• Address employee concerns and grievance handling
• Implement retention strategies to reduce attrition
• Payroll & Compliance Coordination Coordinate payroll inputs with finance/accounts team
• Monitor attendance, leave management, and statutory compliance (PF, ESIC, etc.)

• Eligibility Criteria Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field
• MBA in HR preferred
• 5–10 years of experience in HR generalist or HR management role
• Experience in startup, retail, FMCG, beauty, or multi-location operations preferred
