International Voice Process Agent

Job Description

We are hiring Client Service Specialists – Voice Process to support international customers (UK, USA, and Canada) for travel-related services. The role involves handling inbound and outbound voice calls, resolving customer queries, and providing professional support for travel bookings, changes, cancellations, and refunds.

Candidates with minimum 6 months of international voice experience and strong English communication skills are preferred. Training on travel processes will be provided.

Roles & Responsibilities

• Handle international inbound and outbound voice calls
• Assist customers with travel, airline, hotel booking-related queries
• Support customers with booking modifications, cancellations, and refunds
• Provide accurate information on fares, policies, baggage rules, and services
• Maintain professional communication and call quality standards
• Escalate complex issues to the relevant internal teams when required
• Update customer details, call notes, and follow-up records in the system
• Meet defined quality, productivity, and customer satisfaction targets
• Coordinate with Team Leaders and Operations teams for issue resolution

Required Candidate Profile

Education:

• Graduate in any discipline (Mandatory)

Experience:

• Minimum 6 months experience in International Voice Process
• BPO / Call Center / Travel Support experience preferred

Skills:

• Excellent English communication skills (US / UK accent preferred)
• Strong customer handling and problem-solving skills
• Comfortable working in night shifts and rotational schedules
• Willingness to work on weekends due to travel operations
• Immediate joiners preferred
