Lift/Elevator Technician

• Install elevators as per approved drawings, specifications, and installation manuals

• Perform preventive and breakdown maintenance of passenger, goods, hydraulic, and MRL elevators

• Align and install guide rails, doors, cabins, counterweights, machines, and safety components

• Carry out wiring, panel connections, limit switches, sensors, and control systems

• Inspect elevators for safety, performance, and compliance with statutory norms

• Diagnose faults and rectify mechanical, electrical, and control-related issues

• Conduct testing, commissioning, and handover of elevators to clients

• Maintain daily work reports, service checklists, and job cards

• Coordinate with supervisors, engineers, and site contractors

• Ensure proper use of tools, safety gear, and adherence to safety procedures

• Support breakdown calls and emergency service requirements when needed
