We work closely with government fire departments, private organizations, and event management companies across Gujarat.
We are seeking a dynamic, organized, and travel-ready professional to support our Chief Fire Officer (CFO) in day-to-day executive, field, and liaison operations.
Key Responsibilities
1. Executive & Administrative Support
Manage the Chief Fire Officer’s calendar, schedules, and appointments
Coordinate and schedule meetings with government officials, vendors, and clients
Handle confidential communication, documentation, and correspondence
Assist in preparing presentations, reports, and official letters
2. Mandatory Field Operations & Travel
Accompany the CFO on:
Fire safety audits
Site inspections
Event fire safety deployments
Client and government visits
Travel extensively across multiple cities and districts of Gujarat
Support on-ground coordination during emergency and high-pressure situations
3. Government Liaisoning
Act as a single point of contact with:
Fire Department officials
Government authorities
Local regulatory bodies
Support compliance follow-ups, approvals, and coordination for Fire Safety Certificates (FSC)
Maintain professional relationships with government stakeholders
4. Reporting & Documentation
Assist in preparing:
Fire safety audit reports
Compliance documentation
Fire Safety Certificates (FSC)
Maintain digitized records of all client documents, approvals, and reports
Ensure proper filing and easy retrieval of compliance data
5. Logistics & Travel Coordination
Plan and manage end-to-end travel logistics for outstation visits:
Transport arrangements
Hotel bookings
Site schedules
Ensure smooth coordination for field operations and event deployments
Candidate Profile
Education
Graduate in any discipline
Business Administration / Science background preferred
Experience
1–2 years of experience in:
Executive Assistant
Coordinator
Secretarial
Operations support role
Language Skills
Gujarati – Basic (Mandatory)
Hindi & English – Fluent
Technical Skills
Proficiency in MS Word, Excel, and email communication
Comfortable with digital documentation and reporting tools
Key Traits
Willingness to travel extensively
Ability to work under pressure, including emergency fire safety situations
High level of confidentiality, discipline, and professionalism
Strong coordination and communication skills
