Job Description
- Supervise daily production activities in transformer manufacturing
- Manage shop-floor workers and assign duties
- Ensure transformers are produced as per drawings and specifications
- Monitor production targets and meet delivery schedules
- Maintain quality standards and coordinate with Quality Control team
- Ensure safety rules and company policies are followed
- Handle machines, tools, and raw material usage
- Report production status to Production Manager
- Reduce wastage and improve production efficiency
