Job Description

Position: Mechanical QA/QC Engineer Education : Diploma in Mechanical / BE Mechanical Experience: 2-3+ years Responsibilities: • Responsible for Overall Quality assurance. • Inward Inspection of Inward Material for Production & related activities. • Maintaining all documents related to Inward Inspection. • Assisting Testing Personnel for In-Process Inspection as required. • Final QA of Finished Products & maintaining all related documents. • Calibration of Test & Measuring Instruments. • Maintaining Testing and Measuring Equipments, Jigs and other Production Equipments. • Responsible for addressing Customer complaint. • Assist MR in Successfully Implementing & Maintaining ISO 9001:2015 Quality Management System. • Any other work as and when assigned by the Management. • Estimate, prioritize, plan and coordinate testing activities. • Identify, record, document thoroughly and track bugs. • Perform thorough regression testing when bugs are resolved. • Develop and apply testing processes for new and existing products to meet client needs. • Liaise with internal teams (e.g., developers and product managers) to identify system requirements. • Investigate the causes of non-conforming and train users to implement solutions. • Stay up to date with new testing tools and test strategies. • Experience In Plastic industries will be added an advantage. • Knowledge of Basic Engineering, drawing reading, measuring instrument, gauges etc. • Should have experience in product design & development. • Conducting design reviews for existing assemblies with other relevant departments. • Continuous Design Improvement • New Product Design/Development • Technical Documentation and Root Cause Analysis. Skills: • Aware of various quality standards and tools. • Ability to communicate with sales, engineers, and outside customers/vendors. • Familiar with engineering process, revisions, ECR, change orders, etc. • Proficient with MS Office word, excel and power point. • Experience In Plastic industries will be added an advantage. • Knowledge of Basic Engineering, drawing reading, measuring instrument, gauges etc. • Continuous Design Improvement
