Job Description

We are looking for a dynamic and results-driven Real Estate Sales Executive to promote, sell, and close property deals. The ideal candidate will generate leads, conduct site visits, build client relationships, and achieve monthly and annual sales targets.

  • Generate leads through walk-ins, calls, referrals, and digital platforms
  • Handle inquiries, follow-ups, and property presentations
  • Conduct site visits and explain project features, pricing, and payment plans
  • Convert prospects into bookings and sales
  • Negotiate pricing and payment terms with customers
  • Prepare and explain booking forms, agreements, and documentation
  • Coordinate with banks and legal teams for home loan and registration
  • Maintain customer records and follow-up schedules
  • Provide after-sales support till possession
  • Handle customer queries and resolve concerns professionally
  • Track competitor projects and pricing
  • Provide feedback to management on customer preferences and market trends
