Role Overview
We are seeking an experienced Senior Business Development Manager who can lead strategic sales initiatives, build strong client relationships, and drive revenue growth across domestic and international markets. The ideal candidate brings proven experience in selling IT services and a strong understanding of modern technology landscapes.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute sales strategies to meet quarterly and annual revenue targets.
- Identify, qualify, and close business opportunities in IT services, product development, and technology consulting.
- Build and nurture long-term relationships with CXOs, decision-makers, and strategic partners.
- Lead end-to-end business development cycle: prospecting, proposal creation, presentations, pricing discussions, negotiation, and closure.
- Collaborate with delivery and technical teams to design tailored solutions for client needs.
- Track market trends, competitor offerings, and emerging technologies to refine go-to-market plans.
- Represent the company at networking events, conferences, and industry forums.
- Maintain accurate CRM data, sales pipeline updates, and performance reporting.
Required Skills & Experience
- 5+ years of business development experience in IT services / software development / consulting.
- Proven track record in lead generation and closing medium to large-size deals.
- Strong understanding of SDLC, SaaS, web & mobile development, cloud, and digital transformation solutions.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
- Ability to manage multiple deals, timelines, and cross-functional teams.
- Experience selling into North America, Europe, Middle East, or APAC markets is a strong advantage.
