About the RoleWe are looking for a talented and driven Senior Full Stack Developer to join our growing engineering team. You will play a key role in designing, building, and scaling our core product — working across the full stack from pixel-perfect frontends to robust backend systems and databases.

This is a senior-level position ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced startup environment, takes ownership of their work, and is passionate about shipping high-quality software.

• Key ResponsibilitiesDesign, develop, and maintain scalable web applications using React/Next.js on the frontend and Node.js/Express or Python/Django on the backend
• Architect and optimize relational and NoSQL databases (PostgreSQL & MongoDB)
• Collaborate with product managers and designers to translate requirements into clean, maintainable code
• Lead code reviews and mentor junior developers, championing engineering best practices
• Build and maintain RESTful APIs and GraphQL endpoints
• Drive CI/CD pipeline improvements and DevOps best practices
• Participate in sprint planning, daily standups, and retrospectives in an Agile environment
• Monitor application performance and proactively identify and resolve bottlenecks

• Requirements5+ years of professional full stack development experience
• Strong proficiency in React and/or Next.js for building modern, responsive UIs
• Solid backend experience with Node.js/Express and/or Python/Django
• Hands-on experience with PostgreSQL and MongoDB
• Familiarity with cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, or Azure) and containerization (Docker, Kubernetes)
• Experience with version control (Git) and collaborative development workflows
• Strong understanding of software design patterns, system design, and clean code principles
• Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail

• Nice to HaveExperience with TypeScript
• Knowledge of message queues (Redis, RabbitMQ, Kafka)
• Prior startup experience or experience in a fast-moving product environment
• Contributions to open-source projects
• Familiarity with Agile/Scrum methodologies
