Senior Odoo Developer

About the Role:

We are seeking a passionate and experienced Odoo Developer to join our growing team. As a core member of our development team, you’ll be responsible for customizing, developing, and maintaining Odoo-based business solutions that are robust, scalable, and high-performing.

Requirements:

• 5–8 years of hands-on experience with the Odoo framework and ecosystem
• Strong expertise in Core Python and OOP principles
• Solid grasp of HTML, CSS, JavaScript, JQuery
• Experience working with Linux systems and Python frameworks
• Good understanding of PostgreSQL and ability to write efficient queries
• Familiarity with XML scripting
• Knowledge of OWL (Odoo Web Library) is a strong plus
• Experience with Odoo version upgrades and data migrations
• Exposure to third-party and Odoo API integrations
• Proficiency with Git and repositories (GitLab/GitHub)
• Agile development experience

Responsibilities:

• Write clean, reusable, and efficient code
• Build and maintain high-availability, performant applications
• Integrate front-end components with server-side logic
• Design and implement secure, scalable APIs and web services
• Collaborate with front-end and design teams to translate business requirements
• Conduct performance tuning and improve application usability
• Manage data storage integrations and contribute to system architecture
• Ensure software documentation and testing best practices are followed.
