Tech Operations Associate

Description

• Work on improving and maintaining pre-trade workflows with help from senior engineers.
• Monitor production systems and processes to ensure smooth operation.
• Execute tasks manually that cannot be fully automated, ensuring precision and attention to detail.
• Assist the team with various adhoc tasks as they arise, providing flexible and responsive support.
• Work in a high paced competitive environment.

Qualifications

• A bachelor’s degree in computer science or related field.
• Basic knowledge of Linux and shell command-line tools.
• Basic programming and scripting (Python/Shell) skills.
• Good problem-solving, mathematical and quantitative reasoning skills.
• Very strong attention to detail.
• Excellent communication skills.
• Interest in trading and the financial markets.
