Job SummaryWe are hiring B2B Telecallers to connect with companies, generate leads, and schedule meetings for our recruitment and HR services. The candidate should have good communication skills and confidence in speaking with business clients.
- Key ResponsibilitiesCall companies and business owners (B2B calling)
- Introduce our HR & Placement services
- Generate qualified leads
- Fix appointments/meetings for the sales team
- Maintain daily call records in CRM/Excel
- Follow up with interested clients
- Achieve daily/weekly targets
- RequirementsMinimum 12th pass / Graduate preferred
- 0–2 years experience in telecalling / B2B calling
- Freshers can also apply
- Good communication skills (Hindi & basic English)
- Confident and target-oriented
- Basic computer knowledge
- Salary & Benefits₹10,000 – ₹18,000 per month (Based on experience)
