Role SummaryWe are hiring Tele Sales Executives for HDFC to handle outbound/inbound calling, promote banking products, and convert leads into sales. The role is ideal for candidates with prior tele-calling or sales experience who are comfortable working with targets.

• Key ResponsibilitiesMake outbound calls to potential customers and follow up on leads
• Explain HDFC banking products and services to customers
• Convert leads into successful sales
• Maintain accurate records of calls and customer interactions
• Achieve daily and monthly sales targets
• Coordinate with internal teams for smooth processing
• Provide excellent customer service over calls
• Eligibility & RequirementsMinimum 6 months of Tele Sales / Tele Calling experience
• Graduation mandatory (any stream)
• Good communication skills in Hindi / English (local language preferred)
• Ability to work with targets in a fast-paced environment
• Basic computer knowledge
